Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery estimates may change during sales, festivals, adverse weather or courier disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. A shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. Any applicable charge is displayed before checkout.
Tracking and Delivery
Use the tracking link sent after dispatch. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Couriers may make up to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
